App kept crashing and not loading so I deleted the app (didn’t need to redownload) and added it back. Now all my previous data, settings and streaks have been wiped. I have been on this app since it first began :/

Hi Yousuf, sorry about that. This was a bug caused by a recent update that caused the app to crash on launch for some users. It has since been patched. Your settings can be restored by going back through the setup flow. As for your streaks, we are rolling out a backfill feature next week that will let you manually restore your streak history. You should not lose credit for something that was on our end. Thanks for being with us since day one and for reporting this.

Abdullah Hi! My app crash. I can’t open it nor click on it. I had to manually deny the permission in my settings in order to unblock my apps because my phone became unusable… can you help me please ?

Sana AIT ABDERRAHMAN Alsalamu Alaikum! Can you please delete the app and reinstall it, you will have to set up your settings again, and inshallah next week, there will be a feature that will allow you to backfil your streaks.
