Assalamu alaykum, and I am really sorry you are going through this. May Allah make it easy for you and grant you shifa.
One important thing: your payment went through Apple's App Store, so refunds are handled on Apple's side, not by us directly. Here is how to request it:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
- Find Prayer Pause in your list of purchases
- Tap "Request a refund" and choose a reason
To make sure you are not charged again, cancel the subscription too: open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select Prayer Pause, then Cancel Subscription.
You do not need to delete the app to stop the billing. And if you get stuck on any step, just reply here and I will walk you through it.
